In addition to welcoming experienced engineers to our team, we’re also open to supporting electrician apprenticeships who can learn on the job from our friendly team, and finish with transferable skills and a new career path.
Why Join Us
By joining CES as an apprentice, you’ll get the benefit of real on-the-job training. You will be trained and mentored by our experienced engineers, rather than receiving only education focused training as you would within a college environment. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification, will have a wealth of new knowledge and skills that you can apply to a full-time engineer role and, if you wish to remain with us, a role as part of team CES.
Training From Experts
As part of your training, you’ll become an extension of our team, working closely with our engineers on a wide range of projects across all sectors. Our training is designed to help you learn and progress as quickly as is suitable for your own personal learning development and, with supervision, you will have the opportunity to complete practical, hands-on work. All the training you’ll receive will be in-house from our team members who will also be on hand to support you with any questions you have along your apprenticeship journey.
Develop Your Career
We take on apprenticeships with the vision that they will become a fully employed member of our team. For this reason, we take our approach to training and development seriously and want all applicants to be as successful as they can be with their learning. Alongside learning the fundamentals of being an electrician, we’ll also teach and guide you on advances we invest in as part of our goal to support decarbonisation, in addition to providing on-going support, upon completion of your course, to help you develop within your career.
