The director of Shropshire-based CES aims to stay ahead of the game with a visit to the world’s leading solar market exhibition.
Joe Collison is attending Intersolar Europe in Munich this month, looking at the latest technologies revolutionising the solar power industry.
CES is a specialist in commercial energy solutions, with expertise spanning solar installations, battery storage systems and off-grid renewable technologies for industrial and commercial features.
Joe Collison said: “Intersolar is the leading expo for the solar industry and demonstrates the enormous vitality of the sector. Seeing first-hand the latest trends, innovations and developments will be key to CES staying ahead of the game.
“Our ambitions are clear: we want to help businesses adopt energy systems that not only reduce environmental impacts but also improve their efficiency and lower their costs.
“In order to do that, we need to see for ourselves the tech that’s making the headlines, and the features and systems that are impacting this rapidly growing industry.”
Based in Ford, near Shrewsbury, CES recently completed several renewable energy projects, demonstrating a commitment to integrating sustainable practices across multiple sectors.
In Somerset, CES installed a 121kWp solar PV system at a new flagship DAF dealership in Bridgwater. The project serves as a pilot, setting new standards for dealership specifications and demonstrating the synergy between commercial transport and renewable technology.
While an 86kWp solar PV system was installed for McFour Ltd, a specialist groundworks contractor based in Shropshire. The green initiative supports McFour’s strategic goals of bolstering their environmental credentials for competitive HS2 project tenders and transitioning to electric vehicles and construction equipment.
Intersolar Europe takes place from May 7-9.
