Joe founded CES alongside fiancé and Operations Manager Heidi Vaughan in 2015. He oversees the company's overall direction, ensuring every project aligns with its commitment to quality, innovation and renewable energy solutions.

With 16 years of industry experience, Joe's passion for renewables stems from an early fascination with how things work and a particular interest in the electrical sector. He began his career installing solar panels on site, hands-on experience that continues to shape his approach as director.

Today, Joe's key responsibilities span leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, customer relations and project design, with expertise across solar renewables, data driven results and providing clients with specialist expertise to help businesses cut carbon and control costs.

Joe is deeply passionate about renewable energy's role in creating a sustainable future and he thrives on designing tailored solutions that help secure a greener future for clients' businesses. Joe leads his teams in an approachable and supportive way, believing that strong relationships, trust and clear communication are essential to delivering the best outcomes.
