Operations Manager

Heidi is the operations manager at CES and acts as a key point of contact for the team, striving to create an open and supportive working environment where everyone feels comfortable approaching her.

With 16 years of industry experience, she brings a well-rounded understanding of both site and office operations. Before moving into an office-based role, Heidi worked hands-on out on site, which has given her strong practical insight into the work the teams carry out day to day.

A key part of Heidi's role is managing the financial side of the business, ensuring this area runs smoothly and efficiently. She also assists with key decision-making and works closely with the leadership team to support the ongoing development, stability and future growth of CES.

Co-founder of CES alongside Joe ten years ago, Heidi remains fully committed to the continued success of the business. She cares deeply about renewable energy and the positive impact it has on the planet.
